The Quality Policy of the Cyril Orchard Group
The Cyril Orchard Group acts as a consultancy in all types of construction,
property and management services. Its activities place particular emphasis
upon the experience and proficiency of its personnel and the reliability and
quality of its products and services.
The Quality Policy is to carry out its business in a manner
which conforms to contractual and regulatory requirements
and promotes Client satisfaction. A Management system has
therefore been established which has been derived in conjunction
with all management functions and which is described in
its Management manual. The Management system is designed
to ensure that Clients� and statutory requirements are
fully recognised and receive complete and proper attention
through the planned and controlled execution of all activities
and aims to improve continually the effectiveness of the
Quality is the individual responsibility of all employees who are required to
ensure that quality is not compromised in the performance of their various duties.
The Management system is based upon the requirements of the national and international
quality system standard ISO 9001: 2008. The responsibility for ensuring that
it is implemented lies with local management. It is structured and instituted
by the Quality Manager who is responsible for verifying its full and effective
implementation by monitoring objective evidence of quality.
We aim to provide an excellent professional service which we tailor to the individual
needs of each client. In accordance with our Quality Management system we will
ascertain the requirements of each commission and liaise closely with each
client to ensure that projects are delivered professionally.
