Appointed by Dale Brothers UK Ltd, we are providing Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services for this purpose-built commercial facility.
Working alongside Design and Planning Associates Ltd (DPA) and McPhillips (Wellington) Ltd, the development has been carefully designed to meet the client’s operational needs and support future growth.
The planning application, submitted by DPA to Telford & Wrekin Council, has now been validated, with a decision expected in mid-April 2023.
