Cyril Orchard Group is pleased to be providing Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services for a new Production facility and associated offices for Bruderer UK Ltd, located at Hortonwood West, Telford.
We have been involved from the early stages of the project, working closely with Design and Planning Associates Ltd, Advanced Land Planning, and main contractor McPhillips (Wellington) Ltd. Construction is due to commence in November 2023, with completion targeted for summer 2024.
This development represents a significant investment in the UK by Bruderer’s Swiss parent company. As Managing Director Adrian Haller noted: “We have been planning this investment for a number of years and I’m delighted that our parent company have recognised the potential in the UK and agreed to build our new factory and showroom.”
Chairman Andreas Fischer added: “Shropshire is seen across the world as the birthplace of the industrial revolution and, today in 2023, still offers proximity to a lot of existing and new customers.”
It’s a privilege to be part of a project that reflects such long-term vision and commitment to UK manufacturing.
