Cyril Orchard Group were employed to act as Employer's Agent on behalf of The Wrekin Housing Trust. The redevelopment which included the demolition of an existing 1960's block of flats. Constructed under a design and build contract with Cyril Orchard Group undertaking all pre- and post- contract work.
The redevelopment works in Wellington comprised 11 flats and 9 houses (2 disabled units) all units achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. The development included several sustainable technologies such as a green roof, extensive photovoltaic cells and thin joint blockwork.
