Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying Services
Bruderer (UK) Limited appointed us as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor for the delivery of a new-build industrial facility in Telford. The development comprised a precision engineering factory with associated offices at both ground and first floor, specifically designed to support advanced manufacturing operations. The facility was planned to enable flexibility and future growth, and included an integral 25-tonne overhead crane to accommodate heavy machinery handling.
Our Role
We provided comprehensive pre- and post-contract cost management and contract administration services. The scope included not only the main industrial unit but also the supporting infrastructure: concrete hardstanding, access roads, landscaping, and on-site car parking. The site masterplan was carefully developed to allow for future expansion, with a designated area reserved for a potential warehouse or storage facility. Our involvement ensured the project was delivered to a high standard of quality.
