Provision of Alterations and Vertical Extension to the Existing Factory Building

The works comprise the internal alterations and structural steel vertical extension of a portion of the existing factory building. The extension was clad externally on the walls and roof to match the existing cladding.
New reinforced concrete bases were constructed within the existing ground slab. The tower was designed to accommodate an extrusion plant for the client.
