Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordinator Services
Cyril Orchard Group were employed as quantity surveyors as well as CDM co-ordinators on the Haybridge Hall construction project.
The Wrekin Housing Trust wanted to incorporate the new Community Centre and 5 new flats on the existing grounds of Haybridge Hall. The site is surrounded by residential properties occupied by the elderly residents.
Due to the location of the new buildings and the surrounding areas with the existing hall still being used on a daily basis health and safety precautions were of paramount importance.
