Lightmoor Village Primary School

Cyril Orchard Group was commissioned to provide pre and post quantity surveying services in connection with the new primary school at Lightmoor Village, Telford on behalf of Telford & Wrekin Council in conjunction with Bournville Village Trust and the Homes and Community Agency. Works included bills of quantities and post contract activities.

The building is part of Council Borough Town's Initiative programme of regeneration. The 210 pupil school features seven class bases, social play areas, multi use games area and a school hall.
