This project included 2 new lifts to provide enhanced DDA requirements and refurbishment of the Booking Office and Footbridge.
Cyril Orchard Group was commissioned to carry out the quantity surveying services in connection with the proposed construction works at Orrell Park Railway Station. This included preparation of bills of quantities, tender documentation, tender evaluation & reporting, on site valuations and issuing of stage payment certificates throughout the contract.
