Syspal Properties Limited appointed us to deliver full pre- and post-contract Employer’s Agent services for the redevelopment of its site. The works comprised demolition of the existing facility and construction of four brand‑new industrial units, providing a total floor area of 55,000 sq ft complete with concrete yards and enhanced logistics infrastructure.
Our Role
We managed the project from concept to completion, safeguarding cost, quality, and programme. Our proactive cost control and contract administration enabled the client to expand manufacturing and storage capacity within a demanding 40‑week programme.
The programme included:
- Demolition of obsolete facilities and site clearance.
- Construction of four new industrial units totalling 55,000 sq ft.
- Installation of concrete yards, dock levellers, landscaping, and car parking.
- Hand‑over completed on budget, providing flexible space for future growth.
