Cyril Orchard Group were employed as quantity surveyors and CDM co-ordinator for the construction of a new workshop, alterations and refurbishment of the existing car showroom.

The existing combined showroom and workshop had become inadequate to cater for the current expansion of the franchise. The showroom was designed to provide a modern, more appealing and lighter area for the display of new vehicles.

The frontage to the showroom was designed with large opening doors to facilitate ease of access and full natural lighting to its full potential. The new workshop, to the rear of the property, along with extensive external parking areas to provide easy access for servicing, parking of vehicles.

Cyril Orchard Group acted as quantity surveyors and CDM co-ordinators overseeing the construction of the building to completion.
