Cyril Orchard Group were employed to act as cost consultants on behalf of the client Hermes Asset Group S.a.r.L.
The project consisted of the replacement of existing rain screen facades in the courtyard area to ensure the external envelope is in compliance with current fire protection regulations together with additional issues with weather proofing the façade at Wilmslow Park House, 211 Hathersage Road, Manchester.
Constructed under a design and build contract, Cyril Orchard Group compiled the employer’s requirements on behalf for the client as well as carrying out the role of cost consultants.
