The Wrekin Housing Trust proposed to have seven dwellings designed and constructed at three different sites as part of the Telford Infill Housing programme:

Three 2 bedroom 4 person houses in a single terrace on the site of 78 and 80 Church Parade, Oakengates. The houses are two storeys of approximately 78m² internal floor area each. The project includes the demolition of the existing dwellings on the site.

Two 2 bedroom 4 person semi-detached houses on the site of Craig Lea, Church Parade, Oakengates. The houses are two storeys of approximately 78m² internal floor area each. The project includes the demolition of the existing buildings on the site.

Four 3 bedroom 4 person houses in a single terrace on the site of 6 and 8 The Avenue, Wrockwardine. The houses are two storeys of approximately 85m² internal floor area each. The project includes the demolition of the existing dwellings on the site.
All aspects of the project were designed and constructed in accordance with the Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.
