Cyril Orchard Group were employed to act as Employers Agent on behalf of Syspal Properties Limited. The development which included the demolition of an existing factory was constructed under a design and build contract with Cyril Orchard Group undertaking all pre and post contract work.
The development works in Broseley, Shropshire comprised of four attached industrial units totalling some 55,000sqft. together with associated concrete hardstanding's and dock levellers with landscaping and car parking facilities.
The development will increase the clients manufacturing and storage facilities.

PROJECT: Provision of Alterations and Vertical Extension to the Existing Factory Building
VALUE: Approx £800,000.00
LOCATION: Telford, Shropshire
DURATION: 8 Months
The works comprise the internal alterations and structural steel vertical extension of a portion of the existing factory building. The extension was clad externally on the walls and roof to match the existing cladding.
New reinforced concrete bases were constructed within the existing ground slab. The tower was designed to accommodate extrusion plant for the client.
