Cyril Orchard Group are currently employed to act as Employers Agent on behalf of Shropshire Council. The redevelopment of this town centre site included the demolition of an existing 1960’s block of retail units and flats. Constructed under a design and build contract with Cyril Orchard Group undertaking all post contract work.

The redevelopment works in Shrewsbury town centre comprised of two blocks, one of which is for university students studying in the town. The second block originally designed as a shell and core development for future retail and office accommodation was re-designed to provide a medical practice.

The development of a third block as a hotel is now in design and planned for delivery in the future.

Malinslee Medical Centre

DURATION: 15 Months

CONTRACTOR: Bouygues UK Ltd

Cyril Orchard Group provided cost control assistance together with Employers Agents services to this new medical centre and dentistry facility on behalf of Telford Healthcare.

The new building provided medical facilities which are now part of the Teldoc services providing medical facilities to cica 45,000 patients.
